Plant Economy continues to work overtime in efforts to safely and efficiently process and ship our handcrafted plant products during these unprecedented times. All communication and auto-generated order updates are sent to the email entered at checkout (please check spam and junk folders), including tracking information. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns, Exchanges, Peace
We're committed to getting you something you love! If something doesn’t work out, you can return most items back to us within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted in the product description prior to checkout (i.e: Final Sale items). The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
To begin the returns process, please submit your name, order number and a description of your return to info@planteconomy.co. We will follow up with authorization and further return instructions. In order to ensure a safe return of your item, please do your best to preserve all original shipping materials or return items in comparable, protective packaging.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc. We will work to make things right on our end if we determine the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
We inspect all returned items and offer a solution to best fit your return. If your item does not meet our inspection requirements, you will be contacted. In most cases, we will issue a one-time store credit or an automatic item refund. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Returns resulting in exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may only be eligible for store credit.
We kindly ask that you do not send items back to us without contacting us first. In the event that you send an item back to us prior to contacting us, your return may be void.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you and the selected shipping carrier to make things right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Gift Cards
Plant Economy gift cards are final sale. Please ensure email address is correct at checkout.
All gift cards are sent digitally, directly to the email address entered at checkout. Special gift messaging is not available at this time. After the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the gift card and instructions on how to use it. The card can be used as payment for any Plant Economy products we have in stock. Gift card balance can be used toward multiple purchase until balance is $0.00.
Purchasing as a gift? After you receive a notification email with the gift card details, you can forward the email to the gift recipient. If you submit recipient's email at checkout, the gift card will be sent directly to them, and you will not receive a copy.
