Shipping & Payment Info

All orders are shipped UPS or USPS. An automatic shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address entered at checkout (please check your spam and junk folders). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

In the event that an order is refused by the carrier, undeliverable or returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. In addition, all orders are subject to a $2.99 handling fee.

Due to the automatic internet processing of orders, some items may require additional shipping fees. If your order does not calculate the correct shipping charge, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives with the actual shipping charges. You may decline the charges and your order will be cancelled or you may accept the charges and we will complete the processing of your order.

Customers are responsible for submitting an accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please contact us immediately after your order is placed if you believe the shipping address was entered incorrectly. In some cases, Plant Economy may be unable to change your shipping address once your order is placed.

All shipments via UPS and USPS are subject to shipping delays by the carrier. Once your order has shipped, Plant Economy Limited Liability Company holds no responsibility for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, undeliverable packages or damaged goods, including, but not limited to packages scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier (UPS or USPS). In the unforeseen event that you do not receive your package(s) shipped from Plant Economy Limited Liability Company, we ask that you please contact your local carrier to locate the package(s) via tracking number(s) or file a carrier dispute.

We strive to ensure all standard orders process and ship from Plant Economy within 2 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description prior to checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to the email address submitted at checkout. Some orders may ship in multiple shipments. We ensure that our packaging is secure and hope that each handmade item arrives to you safely.
